【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesnon-destructiveexaminationproceduresandtestpiecetypesnecessarytoperformthetestsonbrazedjoints.Thenon-destructiveexaminationmethodsdescribedareasfollows:a)visualexamination(seeclause4);b)ultrasonicexamination(seeclause5);c)radiographicexamination(seeclause6);d)penetrantexamination(seeclause7);e)leaktesting(seeclause8);f)prooftesting(seeclause9);g)thermography(seeclause10).Thebrazedjointstowhichthesetestsareappliedcaneitherbetestsamplesmanufacturedtoobtainbrazedjointdesigndata,ormanufacturedaspartoftheapprovaltestingofabrazingprocedure,orpartsofabrazedassembly.Thetypeoftestpiecedescribedforeachtestcanbequotedorincorporatedinengineeringapplicationstandardsthatdealwithbrazedassemblies.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotrecommendthenumberofsamplestobetestedortherepeattestsallowed.Neitherdoesitspecifymethodsofsamplingbrazedjoints,excepttogiveguidanceregardingtheprecautionsnecessary,nordoesitcommentontheacceptancecriteriaapplicabletoanyofthetests.Noattemptismadetodefinewhichtestortests,ifany,shouldbeappliedinanysituation.Thisisamattertobeestablishedbeforeanyparticularmethodoftestisselected.Themethodsofnon-destructiveexaminationarenotassociatedwithanyparticulartypeofbrazedassemblybutlaydownthegeneralprinciplesofthetypesoftestingdescribed.Itisemphasizedthatasatisfactoryexaminationmethodcanonlybedevelopedandusedaftertakingintoaccountalltherelevantfactorsregardingtheequipmenttobeusedandthecharacteristicsofthetestpiecebeingexamined.
